At Anga Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. As most of our products are printed on demand, each item is manufactured specifically for your order. Therefore, we maintain a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the order.
Returns, replacements, or refunds will only be approved if the issue is caused by Anga Fashion, including:
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong size shipped compared to the size ordered
- Manufacturing defect
- Printing defect
- Damaged product received during transit
To process a claim, customers must provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the issue.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
Returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Customer ordered the wrong size.
- Customer selected the wrong product, color, or variant while placing the order.
- Customer changed their mind after placing the order.
- Product does not fit due to incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Minor color variations caused by screen or display settings.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, washing errors, or improper handling.
Customers are advised to carefully review the size chart and product details before placing an order.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Your claim must include:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging
- Unboxing video (recommended)
Upon verification, Anga Fashion will provide either:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund, at our discretion.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled as the product is customized and manufactured specifically for the customer.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to an error from Anga Fashion, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
If the return request is due to customer error (such as ordering the wrong size or wrong product), the request will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
